Format 1:Notice is hereby given to public at large that we M/s. Ravi Development having office at Laxmi Palace, 76, Mathuradas Road, Kandivali (W) Mumbai - 400067, under notice dated 03/01/2014, we thereby canceled/ terminated the Agreement for Sale dated 24/12/2010 duly registered on 01/02/2011 under Sr. No. TNN-7/00801/2011 at the office of sub-registrar of assurance Thane in favour of one Mr. Hanumanram L. Bishnoi having address at Flat No. 304, Building No. 5, Mahadev Complex, Ramdev Park, Bhagad Nagar Road, Mira Road (E) Thane- 400107. The said Mr.Bishnoi had purchased a flat bearing No. 604, on 6* floor in wing "A" in Building "Gaurav Sam rudhr admeasuring 650 Sq. Feet as on lo.86/1 of Village Ghodbunder, Mira Road(E) Taluka & District Thane. We were compelled to cancel and terminate the Agreement for Sale dated 24/12/2010 for non compliance/ violation of terms and conditions of the said Agreement for Sale. We have also sent several reminder notices however, the said Mr. Hanumanram L.Bishnoi did not take the cognizance. We further inform the public at large that not to deal in any arrangement with the said Mr. Hanumanram L. Bishnoi and the same shall not be binding on us. We further inform to the public at large that we shall be at liberty and many proceed to deal with the said flat in our own discretion.

It is notified to all that the GPA deed registered on date 05/10/2019 as document No 1946, in additional Book No.4, Volume No 508, on Pages 190 to 195, in the office of the sub-registrar- VA, Hauz Khas, New Delhi, in favour of Mrs Yethesh Choudhary W/o Mr Brham Prakash Choudhary R/o T-6 First Floor, Green Park Ext, New Delhi, executed by Mr Sachin Ahlawat S/o Mr Asha Ram Bhola R/o A-1/284, Pashim Vihar, New Delhi has been stand revoked/cancelled from date 04/02/2021 as per serial no 1,219 ( Receipt Book (A) ), in the office of sub-registrar VA, Hauz Khas, New Delhi with immediate effect. Now onwards the above-mentioned attorney (Mrs Yethesh Choudhary) has been discharged of her roles and responsibilities as attorney and any act/deed/transaction that takes place regarding said GPA and properties mentioned there in through Mrs Yethesh Choudhary is/are considered as invalid with immediate effect also any previous unregistered transaction/s are to be considered null and void and any action regarding the same are taken at her own risk and responsibilities for which the Principal/ Title Holder ( Mr Sachin Ahlawat ) shall not be liable and responsible in any manner whatsoever.
